Dock Checklist — Print View

Mark ✓ next to items to keep, cross out items to remove, and write additions in the section at the end. Then use Print / Save as PDF to hand to the fleet manager.

AM Opening Checklist

Completed every morning before the dock opens.

Communication

  • Hand out walkie-talkies to the lead guide, dock managers, and all dock helpers so everyone can communicate

Customer Deck

  • Set up the Thermacell no-mosquito zone on the customer deck
  • Make sure all carts are out of the way
  • Start the Pandora music from the shed

General

  • Hang 2 tshirts and 2 uvs on upper swing door and turn on slat wall light

Shed & Display

  • Power on the booking board — the touchscreen display that shows all of today's bookings

Signage

  • Wipe off the morning dew and place all signs where they need to be — including the "Meeting Spot Here" sign on the deck

PM Closing Checklist

Completed every evening at close.

Communication

  • Collect all walkie-talkies and put them back on the chargers

  • Turn off the Pandora music and put the equipment away
  • Put away all carts

Exterior

  • After every trip: Salt Off with Applicator on hulls, engines & gear + Boat Wash wash-down

  • After every trip: wipe down seats & vinyl with Ceramic Vinyl Protect

Fleet
